Debbie worked very hard for my wife and myself as we were looking for a home in the Scottsdale area while still living in Oregon. She went to homes and did live videos for us. It didn't take long for her to find our dream retirement home. Debbie was absolutely fantastic to work with and is a real professional. She handled everything in a very timely manner and followed through on everything. She even went out of her way to check in on our new home occasionally while we were still in Oregon waiting to finish up our jobs and closing on the sale of our home in Oregon. Debbie has spent countless hours helping us find a home...many times. When we first moved our family of 6 to Arizona, we had never even visited and needed to see many houses in the span of just 24 hours. Debbie was so well prepared. Had everything ready to go for us in a nice folder. She even drove us around town and showed us all of the amenities. Needless to say, we used Debbie to buy our house, sell our house (for 60k more than we’d purchased it for 2 years prior) and then she even helped us secure a couple of rentals while we were in between homes.
