Debbie joined Engel & Voelkers Scottsdale in 2022 to provide her clients a boutique real estate company with high quality, customized marketing collateral, specialized services & a global network designed to work exclusively for her clients. These tools will compliment her ability to provide the extraordinary service & market expertise her clients are accustomed to.

Debbie spent 17 wonderful years as a Sotheby’s Realtor® and 18 years as a Senior Executive & General Manager at Saks Fifth Avenue which afford her distinctive proficiencies to deliver exceptional results & market expertise to both her Sellers & Buyers. She is passionate about her business & has proven to be a strong advocate for her clients. Debbie achieved the prestigious President’s Club award by Russ Lyon Sotheby’s for her strong performance in 2019, 2020 and 2021.

Debbie’s client-centric, collaborative approach, exemplary service & individualized marketing plans are some of the hallmarks of her prolific business model.  Her leadership, client care, negotiation skills, strategic planning & networking afford her the aptitude to list and sell homes quickly and profitably for her clients.  Debbie believes that marketing her listings through her Realtor® relationships, personal network and Engel & Voelkers’ extensive global marketing plan enable her to provide seamless achievement for her clients. 

Debbie actively volunteers in the Realtor® community where she has developed powerful relationships with the top Luxury agents in Paradise Valley & Scottsdale. Debbie was the Chief Executive Officer of the Paradise Valley Luxury Home Tour from 2015 to 2018 and has served on their Board since 2008. Debbie was recognized as “Realtor of the Year” in 2006 & 2012. Debbie also served on the Board of Directors for the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors® from 2012 -2015 and was a Director for the Arizona Association of Realtors® from 2013-2015.  

Debbie enjoys spending her free time being active. She enjoys playing Tennis & Golf, Pilates, Hiking & traveling with her husband. She is a graduate of Skidmore College and is from Rye, New York.
