successful years as a top-producing Realtor® at Sotheby’s and 18 years as a Senior Executive
and General Manager at Saks Fifth Avenue. Her background sharpens her ability to deliver

Debbie’s dedication to excellence has earned her multiple industry awards, including the
President’s Club at Russ Lyon Sotheby’s in 2019, 2020, and 2021 and the Onyx Award at Engel &
Völkers in 2023. She is known for her strong collaboration, negotiation skills, strategic

Deeply engaged in the real estate community, Debbie has built strong relationships with the
top luxury agents in the Valley. She served as CEO of the Paradise Valley Luxury Home Tour
from 2015 to 2018 and has been on the Tour’s Board since 2008. She was honored as “Realtor®
of the Year” in 2006 and 2012. Debbie also held board positions with the Scottsdale Area
Association of Realtors® and the Arizona Association of Realtors® (2012–2015).

Originally from Rye, NY, and a graduate of Skidmore College, Debbie now enjoys an active
Arizona lifestyle with her husband. Outside work, she loves golf, pickleball, Pilates, and
